With over 30 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, she is a highly accomplished senior executive responsible for defining and implementing the organization’s global strategic sourcing and category management approach.

Kathy integrates sustainability into the company’s sourcing strategy—recognizing that the greatest opportunity for impact begins at the source of supply. She oversees supply chain excellence, including the continued expansion of a diverse, resilient and sustainable supply chain, supply chain risk mitigation, and product compliance and regulatory affairs.
