HH Global launches Conscious Creative partnership with ICESI University in Colombia

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new academic partnership with ICESI University in Colombia, embedding our Conscious Creative sustainability framework into design education. The initiative combines industry collaboration, practical learning and philanthropy to support social mobility, responsible marketing practices and the development of future creative talent.

As part of our Conscious Creative program, we’ve established a new academic partnership with ICESI University in Cali, Colombia. The collaboration brings our sustainability framework into design education, connecting academic learning with real-world marketing application.

Through the partnership, ICESI design students gain access to the Conscious Creative program, including structured eLearning modules, sustainability tools and practical methodologies used in commercial environments. The framework is designed to help students understand how creative decisions affect materials, cost, carbon and circularity across the marketing lifecycle.

The initiative also operates as a structured philanthropy model. Each year, we donate Conscious Creative licenses to ICESI students, supporting access to industry aligned education and helping reduce barriers to professional development.

Students also have the opportunity to engage with real briefs from brands, providing exposure to practical challenges grounded in genuine business contexts.

ICESI University is one of Colombia’s most respected academic institutions, with a strong focus on social mobility and societal impact. With more than half of its students coming from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, the university shares a strong alignment with the partnership’s ambition to generate social impact through education. By building awareness of the role of design in production processes and equipping students with job ready skills, the partnership supports responsible consumption and production while advancing SDGs 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and 10 (Reduced Inequalities).

The partnership reflects our broader commitment to sustainable marketing activation, education and community impact, reinforcing Conscious Creative as a practical framework for delivering more responsible and measurable creative outcomes.

Kathy is responsible for defining and implementing the overall strategic sourcing and category management approach globally. She is a skilled senior executive with over 30 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Kathy leads the Strategic Sourcing function to significantly increase value through client discovery and the development of supplier capabilities across the broad range of HH Global’s operational, service and delivery channels. She oversees supplier governance including the establishment and expansion of our diverse and sustainable supply chain, as well as supply chain risk mitigation. Her team is also responsible for client and supplier business and sourcing analytics, management information and business intelligence reporting and guides our ESG and Sustainability initiatives to shape a more responsible future for generations to come.
