Account Executive

The Account Executive will support the Client Services Manager running the account by delivering all account management and client services activity. This include having positive working relationship with internal design and procurement teams, and externally with third party vendors to ensure quality works to our client are delivered to the specification and on time. This role will have to be experienced in project management, support the coordination and administration of the account, especially in print production management and knowledge.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Account Executive will support the Client Services Manager running the account by delivering all account management and client services activity.  This include having positive working relationship with internal design and procurement teams, and externally with third party vendors to ensure quality works to our client are delivered to the specification and on time.  This role will have to be experienced in project management, support the coordination and administration of the account, especially in print production management and knowledge.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring all deliveries to clients on time, to specification, and approved internally
  • Daily responsibility in managing high volume of print projects
  • Managing client expectations in relation to the design, timelines and budgets
  • Develop strong relationship with clients and deliver professional client service skills
  • Interpreting and consolidating of client briefs
  • Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards
  • Ensure the accuracy of production detailed specifications for internal and external clients
  • Ensure invoicing is accurate and prompt for all work completed for the client
  • Ensuring best practice in conjunction with wider HH operations group
  • Develops a good understanding of the client’s business and industry sector
  • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH’s services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their print

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Naturally builds and maintains rapport with the client
  • Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Be open, proactive and can-do approach, positive, approachable, and honest.
  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Previous experience working in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement essential
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel & PowerPoint to medium-advanced level)
  • Experience in a client facing role is essential
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred

REQUIERMENTS

  • 4+ years previous experience in a marketing print and retail POS/Commercial Print and Packaging environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and have high aptitude for math, cost reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing.
  • Committed, independent, service minded with proven client management skills.
  • Proactive, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure, establish work priorities, and multi-task
  • Ability to work with short deadlines, and deliver on set milestones
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and a creative problem solver
