Helen serves as HH Global’s Chief Client Officer, leading a portfolio of global clients and shaping the company’s life sciences and financial sector strategy. Drawing on her deep expertise in highly regulated industries and her passion for client partnership, she focuses on delivering meaningful outcomes, driving value at pace and elevating excellence across every client engagement. In this role, Helen leads teams committed to supporting client growth and advancing their business ambitions worldwide.

Since joining HH Global in 2017, Helen has held senior roles across Solutions and Implementation, Client Engagement and Business Transformation. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer, where she led Operations and Integrated Practices. Throughout her time at HH Global, Helen has consistently focused on driving growth and delivering strong client outcomes.

With over 25 years of marketing activation experience — including prior leadership of our life sciences and financial client portfolio — Helen brings a deep understanding of highly regulated sectors and a strong ability to align operational discipline with client-focused strategies.
