Nick is CEO of Veriteva and Blueberry Wave and a member of the global executive board for HH Global. Nick has over 30 years of experience in the marketing services and business-critical communications covering the full spectrum of channels through a range of different businesses involved in database marketing, insight and analytics, digital marketing, print and print management, fulfilment, and creative services.

Career History

Nick started in commercial print as Hunterprint’s first management trainee. The initiator of exponential business growth, Nick turned to the development of companies in the marketing and graphic communications sector with the specialty of acquisitions, mergers, organic growth, funding, and trade sales to realise shareholder value.

Nick acquired Howitt in 2004 and subsequently created Lateral Group to embark upon further acquisitions. Lateral Group was acquired by DST Systems in 2011 with the appointment of Nick as CEO of DST Output UK.

In 2014, Nick founded Veriteva, an entrepreneurial group of businesses to maximise clients marketing communication through a range of data analytical-based disciplines, serving in the position of Director. Veriteva’s first investment was Blueberry Wave, a well-established data-powered customer engagement business with a product portfolio to include systems integration, analytics, performance marketing, and CRM database marketing.


Nick received a BSc. (Hons) in Printing Technology from the Watford College of Technology. Nick also gained an Institute of Marketing diploma.
