Our seventh Sustainability Report is here and it’s our most comprehensive yet.

As CEO Kristian Elgey says,

“Our clients and supplier partners are at the heart of everything we do — to make real, meaningful change, we all move forward together.”

That spirit of shared progress runs through everything we do, building the foundations for long-term impact.

For example, expanding our Sustainable Procurement Framework — now connecting over 1,800 strategic supplier partners with tools to identify and reduce emissions — and refining our Global Vault data platform for greater carbon accuracy.

Our Conscious Creative program continues to redefine what responsible design looks like — helping the world’s leading beverage brands, prove that sustainability and creativity can coexist effectively. From transforming barware using 90% recycled steel to replacing plastic handles with woven paper or reengineering Olympic display racks for reuse, every one of these ‘smaller, smarter’ changes adds up to something bigger.

As Chief Sustainability Officer Kevin Dunckley explains,

“A sustainability strategy doesn’t arrive fully formed. It’s built on change and iteration — doing more because that’s what our clients want from us, what our supplier partners need from us and what our planet demands of us.”

The FY25 report also marks our first alignment with the EU Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) — a voluntary step that brings new levels of rigor, transparency and accountability to how we measure and report progress.

Every initiative, every innovation, every collaboration reflects our commitment to deliver big impact for big ideas, responsibly, creatively and with real purpose.
