Matt leads the global People + Talent function at HH Global, helping strengthen culture, support colleagues and drive growth. Combining people expertise with P+L leadership, he helps organizations turn culture into a driver of business performance.

As President of Client Services for C&W Services, he led a $600m Cushman & Wakefield subsidiary, restoring growth, improving profitability and delivering strong results in safety and employee retention.

Previously, as SVP, Global Business Services + People Experience at Cushman & Wakefield, he oversaw people operations across 65 countries and established a global shared services model that improved service levels, reduced costs and supported the onboarding of over 10,000 colleagues each year. Earlier leadership roles included Caterpillar and SC Johnson.

Matt holds an Executive MBA from Purdue University and is a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
