Key Responsibilities

• • Receive and review an incoming inquiry
  • Create and maintain a good e-filing
  • Prepare all the information for the RFQ
  • Collect and check the quotation with the line manager
  • Manage the ordering process via the HH hub system
  • Manage development from initial, pre-production, and production samples
  • Prepare and create technical product specifications for each project
  • To be at the supplier site to oversee print press and mass production checking/sign-off
  • Manage the shipping process with the logistic team
  • Build relationships with suppliers and develop communication channels to ensure smooth workflow; liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget parameters.
  • Develop / Maintain close relationships with LPD teammates on-site in HK and the UK
  • Work independently on day-to-day projects
  • Consistently exceed expectations and provide superior customer service

Knowledge and Skills

---

• 3-5 years of print and packaging box production experience
• Detailed track record of successful print/packaging development and manufacturing experience
• Technical knowledge of print and packaging products i.e. die-cut, artwork
• Experience in the Luxury market would be an advantage
• Proven project management skills
• Experience working with suppliers and vendors to negotiate job costs and schedules
• Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially PowerPoint
• Entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
• Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Adaptable self-starter with an outgoing and engaging “people-oriented” personality capable of working independently and in a team
• Fluent in English and Mandarin while Cantonese is nice to have
• Willingness to travel frequently
