Account Executive

The Account Executive works with the Account Managers and our third party manufacturers to ensure that services to the customer are delivered to specification and on time. The job-holders will be expected to have a level of client contact and work with them to take the lead role in particular projects. The job-holder will have project management experience or significant technical print knowledge and will have previous experience in a print management company or printers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Delivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and to contractual targets
  • Accurately and efficiently input high volumes of project data into HH Global software
  • Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards
  • Production of detailed specifications for internal and external clients
  • Monitoring high standards and working together on new methods and procedures
  • Ensuring best practice in conjunction with wider HH operations group
  • Develops a good understanding of the client’s business and industry sector
  • Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH’s services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their print
  • Implement new methods and procedures as required
  • Develop strong relationships with Client Officers
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time

  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Previous experience working in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement essential
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Experience in a client facing role is essential
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred

REQUIREMENTS


  • 4+ years previous experience in a marketing print and retail POS/Commercial Print and Packaging environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and have high aptitude for math, cost reporting and data analysis
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing
  • Committed, independent, service minded with proven client management skills
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure, establish work priorities, and multi-task
  • Ability to work with short deadlines, and deliver on set milestones
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and a creative problem solver
