Welcoming Matt Noe, our new Chief People Officer

Matt brings extensive global leadership experience across both people and operational roles, with a track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening culture and creating environments where people can thrive.
His combination of human capital expertise and commercial leadership gives him a distinctive perspective on the role people and culture plays in driving business growth.
Before joining HH Global, Matt served as President, Client Services at C&W Services, a subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield, where he led a $600m business and helped restore growth and improve profitability.
Previously, as Senior Vice President, Global Business Services + People Experience at Cushman & Wakefield, he led key people functions across 65 countries.
Matt began his career at Caterpillar before joining S.C. Johnson, where he helped transform its global HR service delivery model. He holds an IMM Global Executive MBA from Purdue University and is a Global Professional in Human Resources.
At HH Global, Matt will lead our global People + Talent function, helping strengthen our culture, support our colleagues and drive continued business growth.

Kristian is responsible for leading and directing a talented management team, working collaboratively across the world in line with HH Global’s vision, “to be the world’s most impactful partner to brands seeking stronger, more sustainable growth”. He is a qualified management accountant with almost 20 years of experience in financial and operational roles within procurement outsourcing and creative + digital. He leads our teams globally and drives the success of HH Global, focusing on our intelligent partnerships with our clients across +60 countries.
