Account Executive

Supporting the HH Global team, from an administrative perspective, in all aspects of production from studio, through print production and invoicing. Building direct relationships with Primark stores across Europe and working closely with the Marketing departments on site in Reading.

Store Relationships

  • Manage the team inbox ensuring all queries are dealt with. These queries include stores missing POS, suppliers sending in proofs/querying campaigns and store managers requesting extra POS.
  • Ensure team members are aware of any specific emails coming in for individual campaigns and advising the Account Managers.
  • Ensuring the inbox stays at a manageable level – being reactive and efficient.

Administrative Duties

  • Assist with spreadsheets to ensure financial procedures are met.
  • Update the central HH Global / Primark WIP.
  • Responsible for updating PO Trackers and budget management for each region.
  • Supporting DAM’s manager on POS Checklist document.

Support Team

  • Supporting all services lines gaining an understanding of all team member’s tasks and undertake responsibilities of others during busy periods / holiday cover within the team.
  • Assist the Creative/Traffic Manager at the beginning of campaigns – supporting them in assembling distribution sheets and chasing suppliers/VM’s when necessary.
  • Support the Account Managers in their day to day tasks which can involve extensive use of the internal system and ensuring campaigns are uploaded correctly.
  • Help the DAM Librarian in filing/uploading/sense checking artwork via our digital asset management system.
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with the client and our suppliers.
  • Innovate and provide solutions and efficiencies to current process methods.

Skills and Experience 

  • An interest/solid background in marketing/print.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with others.
  • Confident in using Excel and Word.
  • Capable of working as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated to work individually on given tasks.
