Building on HH Global’s existing relationship with Samsung in the UK

Following a competitive tender process, HH Global has been awarded a three-year contract by Samsung in Germany. The contract, which will go-live on February 1, 2018, includes print, premiums and on-request creative services.

The win builds on HH Global’s existing relationship with Samsung in the UK, extending the partnership to the German market.

Björn Hofbauer, Head of Procurement & General Affairs, said: “We were looking for a partner that could accelerate our marketing execution requirements and take our printed output to the next level. HH Global demonstrated a thorough understanding of our challenges throughout the tender process, providing us with confidence in their ability to take on the contract following their success with Samsung in the UK.”

Robert MacMillan, Global CEO, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded the Samsung Germany contract and extend our partnership to an additional market for on of our key strategic clients. This win reaffirms our strategy of long-term growth and our focus on providing exceptional service delivery across the account.”

The contract win follows the recent acquisition of PostNL Print Management (PPM), the print management arm of the Dutch post office, and a recent recapitalisation of the business. HH Global financial results for the second quarter of the 2018 financial year demonstrated a 12 percent, 22.4 percent and 21.6 percent increase in revenue, gross profit and Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA respectively.
