In beginning our partnership with this global life science enterprise, there were a number of key challenges in the management and delivery of global print, including management of their brands with consistency across regions, operating with shrinking budgets, and lack of visibility within their procurement budgets in different markets.
In 2013, one of the world’s most trusted brands in the health care and agricultural field chose HH Global as their global print outsourcing partner. Within six months, we had successfully rolled out our solution across seventeen markets around the world. The partnership continues with a commitment into the future, as well as an expansion across the globe into additional markets in Asia and Latin America.
For this client, HH Global delivers marketing print, creative artworking, and adaptation services globally with development into point-of-sale and direct mail categories. All work is managed and controlled by our e-procurement and creative production application, HHub, which automates key processes such as managing assets, controlling campaigns, and assigning work with our vendor base.
In addition to the achievement of significant costs savings, our overall portfolio with this client continues to grow as we expand our relationship in other categories and across core competencies. Since we began our work with this client, HH Global has delivered a range of benefits through our global solution. Implementing spend management led to an increase in their marketing ROI through reduced spend levels and allowed their procurement teams full visibility and control over regional spend. Our Brandcentre digital asset management technology ensures that brand assets are always available and applied correctly, and that brand integrity is maintained across markets and applications.
We used our HHub technology to enhance speed to market, via an efficient proofing process combining the Media Collaboration System, our online collaboration tool, with streamlined orders in our e-Catalog module. Going forward, HH Global is helping to innovate their print activities by providing access to new formats, best-in-class suppliers, and expert design, adaptation, and roll out consultancy, proving that innovation and efficiency are keys to success in the pharmaceutical market.

Through close collaboration with the division's creative ideation team, HH Global developed stable, high-quality printed fabric collectors to be filled with materials as desired, along with companion slipcases.
