CCS Print Management Framework (RM 6170)

Following a competitive tender process, HH Global has been awarded Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework for Print Management (RM 6170). This agreement can be used by organisations across the UK public sector, including central government, local government, health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations.

Both Lots of the new RM 6170 Framework represent efficient routes to market for public sector Buyers who want to guarantee value and quality. Lot 1 is suitable for strategic and transformational requirements, whereas Lot 2 caters for those Buyers who wish to engage in further market competition. The complete scope of print management services is available through both Lots.

HH Global CEO, Robert MacMillan commented: “I’m delighted about our position on the new Crown Commercial Service Framework. Over the last four years, our position on Lot 2 of the previous Framework allowed us to prove that our model delivers value and reduced risk for public sector clients. I see our new position on Lot 1 as the enabler to deliver these benefits to far more government and local authority Buyers, and my whole team is excited at the prospect of managing services that deliver some of the most critical and prestigious print items in the UK.”

HH Global’s public sector proposition

Our focus is on using our unrivalled scale and spend leverage to unlock value for public sector Buyers. Our approach is a pure outsourced model - this means that we own no production equipment, and all work is sourced and managed through a roster of industry-leading suppliers. This ensures that:

  • The most appropriate supplier is used for each and every job
  • Our spend leverage and buying power generates value and savings
  • Contingency options are available for all work, removing risk and single points of failure
  • Fluctuating client demand can be accommodated in a cost-effective way
  • Evolving client demands are continually met, with the ongoing strategic development of our supply chain
  • High-performing incumbent suppliers can be part of any future solution

Our stated aim is to bring the agility and value that our private sector clients enjoy, to as many public sector Buyers as possible. This will not only deliver quantified value within public spending, but also ensure that future requirements are always satisfied as they develop.

HH Global’s public sector track record

For the last four years, HH Global was a supplier to Lot 2 of the previous Framework (RM 3785). As well as allowing the successful renewal of our long-standing Post Office relationship, this Framework also allowed us to secure significant work for the Office for National Statistics, on both the UK Census and urgent COVID-19 mailings.

Our senior EMEA management team has significant heritage in public sector print strategy, and includes a number of people who led the development and implementation of the original Print Vendor Partner (PVP) framework at Williams Lea.
