Key Responsibilities
Mike is Chief Executive Officer for the Americas and a member of the global Executive Board for HH Global. As a 20-year industry veteran of marketing services outsourcing, Mike leads overall strategic growth and operations and drives the success of HH Global’s largest region, focusing on customer relationships across 13 countries. He is responsible for leading and directing the talented management team that works collaboratively across the Americas, aligned with HH Global’s vision, “to be the world’s most innovative marketing execution partner.”

Career History
Mike joined HH Global in 2011 as President of HH Global’s Americas operation, where he created and led the execution of HH Global’s growth strategy in the Americas, the Asia Pacific region, and Japan.

From 2014 to 2015, Mike served as Global Managing Director and CEO of the Americas, where he led day-to-day global operations in 28 countries across the Americas, Europe, India, Africa, the Asia Pacific region, and Japan.

In December 2014, Forbes Magazine featured Mike as an industry expert and innovator based on his accomplishments and ability to drive growth during a challenging time for all businesses engaged with the print industry. The Forbes interview followed HH Global’s 2014 plaudits from International Trade and ranking by The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200, Inc. Magazine, and the Stevie Awards as one of the fastest growing independent companies in both US and international markets.

Before joining HH Global, Mike served in a variety of senior leadership roles at NVISION from 2002-2011, where he held full P&L responsibility for sales, marketing, creative services, business development, and consulting services. From 1996 to 2002, he held a variety of sales and leadership positions for R.R. Donnelley.

Mike received a BA from Kennedy University and earned an Executive Scholar Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
