Hub

Our Hub platform generates CO2 impact data at the planning stage, allowing our clients to make informed decisions about campaign tactics and channel choice. HH Global is the first creative production and procurement partner in the world to do this on such a scale, embedding our Environmental Calculator engine as part of our standard operating model.

AI-powered dataset

Supplementing this CO2 insight is an AI-powered dataset. As more data is processed, our technology continually delivers to our clients a more refined output, enabling predictive CO2 impact modeling to support and deliver long-term client insight and benefit.

Sustainable Procurement Framework

Our Sustainable Procurement Framework (SPF) is another market first, using technology and data to scale best practices across our global supply chain. By combining HH Global supplier data with research and insights from our partners, we have created a first-of-its-kind sustainable supply chain framework. The SPF helps our supply chain partners assess their current sustainability maturity. SPF also helps them progress through educational resources, best practice sharing and knowledge from HH Global’s experiences.

Supply chain partner recognition of success is a key part of the SPF, as well as powering continuous improvement and reducing risk profiles. With the idea that “a rising tide lifts all boats,” the SPF is clearly focused on measurable outcomes and progress towards the United Nations SDGs.

Decent work and economic growth

We are committed to making HH Global a great place to work for our colleagues and ensuring that our strategic supplier partners provide dignified working conditions, fair wages, workplace fairness and employee rights in their workplace. By 2025, we will ensure:

  • Employees of our business are paid a Living Wage
  • We have confirmation of a Living Wage policy from 100% of our Tier 1 (direct) suppliers*
  • 100% of our Tier 1 (direct) suppliers* are aligned with (or have a plan to meet) our clearly defined environmental and social standards
  • All our Tier 1 (direct) suppliers* have received information and guidance on the Sustainable Development Goals, with 30% demonstrating their support

*Suppliers that make up 95% of HH Global spend

Reduced inequalities

We are a growing, diverse and inclusive organization that reflects the communities in which we operate. We respect the rights and opportunities of every person, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or socio-economic background. By 2025, we will:

  • Have 30% diverse representation at the HH Global leadership* level (based on gender, race and ethnicity and age and generation)
  • Place 15% of our annual spend with small and diverse business suppliers
  • Ensure that all of our people development and training programs include DE&I principles and are completed by 100% of employees

Responsible consumption and production

We will ensure products are sourced and produced responsibly, while also showing our clients the most sustainable alternatives. By 2025, we will:

  • Increase the use of recycled content in production by 20% (vs. 2021 baseline) through educating our clients on the availability of alternative solutions to plastic such as cellulosic fiber-based materials
  • Provide all clients with environmental impact calculations at quotation stage
  • Eliminate single-use plastics in our own offices

Climate action

We will help keep global warming below 1.5C by reducing our carbon footprint and moving to net-zero emissions. The following key milestones to achieve the net-zero target are proposed for HH Global:  

  • 100% renewable energy in our operations by 2025 
  • 50% emissions reduction by 2030*  
  • 90% emissions reduction by 2040*  
  • Ongoing investment in nature-based solutions  
  • 10% emissions neutralization by 2040
