About you

As an Implementation and Continuous Improvement Executive, you will be an integral member of the operational management team to provide a solid foundation of process training, team engagement, client interaction and ongoing improvement of operational business performance across the region.

Ideally, you'll be degree qualified in Project Management, or have a minimum 5 years’ experience and demonstrated proficiency in the Marketing Services or Print / POS Management sector.  

Job Description

Reporting into the APAC Implementation and Continuous Improvement Manager based in Hong Kong, this role will see you managing various regional operational functions, implementing new business opportunities, deliver process initiatives and coaching and advising teams across the Asia Pacific in all areas of process improvement. Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Project Implementation – In conjunction with your management team, you will ensure implementation of HH Global model, and additional services, are implemented into the client’s business.
  • Project Management and Planning – Using the specified software platforms you will ensure the planning of such initiatives are running smoothly and the targeted completion date is aligned with expectations. You will manage any delays with effective diligence to bring any delays back on track.
  • Process Advisory – Provide process advice on any potential method that may improve the status quo. This may be to your Manager, Global Implementation teams, or anyone else with strategic influence on improvements.
  • Strategy – Communicate customised strategic initiatives as directed from the APAC Management team
  • Training and Development – Facilitate training for business compliance and development programs. Develop, coordinate and maintain the training schedule in line with set principles. Search for training opportunities with HHG team to develop their skills, communications and processes.
  • Reporting – Report and communicate to the APAC Management team from various regional locations for transparency of information.
  • Investigate – Investigate and search for potential areas for improvement that are otherwise not visible.
  • Vendor Management – Involvement with vendors to train and implement HHG Processes, guide and show a better way to improve efficiencies across their business and ours.
  • Engagement – Team engagement, discussions and listening platforms to be facilitated which will help deliver improved solutions to the operations.
  • Monitor – At times you will be expected to monitor performance of a business unit. You will deliver professional analysis on potential threats and help develop and deliver solutions for improvement.


  • Proven start to finish project management experience from brief to execution.
  • Thorough understanding of graphic design, printing, POS and marketing execution principles.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver - you tend to see things ten steps ahead
  • Be an excellent communicator – you are able to convey information and updates effectively and in a timely manner to all relevant stakeholders
  • Be client centric whilst ensuring delivery of HH Global processes are adopted.
  • Have a general commercial understanding.
  • Highly organised, self–motivated and strong collaborator

  • Ability to travel extensively, or as needed for project ownership.

The Successful Applicant

In this role, you will possess an appropriate tertiary qualification in business related disciplines and a proven track record, ideally within a global business.

You will have a thorough understanding of Marketing Services or Print Management concepts and principles. In addition, to ensure your success in this role, you are flexible, resilient and have the ability to adapt to different environments that may or may not have structured processes.

This role will include operations for all countries around the Asia Pacific region and involve regular international travel. You will have a respectful approach to different cultures and handle yourself with professionalism at all connect points.

You will be expected to create your own activities based on the APAC outline. We expect you to be self-sufficient in a general operational capacity but know when to ask for help.
