Key Responsibilities

---

• Work with the BI Development Manager and BI developers to support and manage the data warehouse to provide single source of truth
• Support key business users regarding data warehouse and reporting solutions to support and improve data analysis interpretation
• Liaise with the HH Global onshore teams and end users to  gather, understand and translate business analytics requirements
• Provide ideas to enhance the performance and deliver additional value to our users
• Design, development and implementation of business reports using multiple data sources (Databases, SharePoint & Flat files)
• Help manage and maintain critical datasets combining data from multiple systems, sources and reports
• Define and maintain data collection, validation and management processes

Knowledge and Skills

---

• 2+ Years relevant work experience
• Intermediate level knowledge of SQL (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Power BI or any other reporting tool with experience in report building
• Experience of report building using SQL within any reporting environment
• Experience of connecting, extracting and manipulating complex data from varied sources & systems using any ETL tool
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well organized, with a track record of managing and maintaining process documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
