HH Global shortlisted for Product Service Innovation award

HH Global and Lloyds Banking Group shortlisted

HH Global, the world's leading marketing execution partner, has been shortlisted for the Financial Services Forum Award’s Product and Service Innovation category.

HH Global were recognised for the creation of a smartphone app, allowing Lloyds Banking Group customers to scan an image on their flagship Scottish Widows Corporate Pension Joining Guide with a mobile device, redirecting the customer to associated web content.

The overall objective was to deliver a completely connected customer journey. HH Global worked with Documobi to create a patented solution, to enable Scottish Widows to use the mobile channel as a digital link to its analogue messaging, including all printed materials, TV commercials and sponsored TV programmes. 

Alan Bittle, Strategic Relationship Director at HH Global said: “The Scottish Widows team at Lloyds Banking Group works collaboratively with HH Global to come up with fresh and innovative ways for their customers to engage with their iconic brand. The final concept improved the user experience and combined the printed and digital marketing journey, enabling customers to read the guide and view all the other supporting material quickly and easily, connecting both printed and online content.”

This follows HH Global’s recent nomination with Lloyds Banking Group in the World Procurement Awards, where they were nominated in the External Collaboration category.
