PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full life-cycle recruitment process.  You will collaborate with leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to execute the talent acquisition strategy to attract and assess ideal talent for our organization. This is an individual contributor role to start and we are looking to for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a successful talent acquisition strategy supporting processes of the talent acquisition lifecycle to provide a leading edge candidate experience.
  • Partner with Hiring managers and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide them with ongoing guidance and advisory support throughout the end to end recruitment process and have a good understanding of their current and future priorities
  • Create a range of effective sourcing plan, i.e. leverage technology, social media, networking and referrals, to attract good and diverse candidates to meet our current and future demands
  • Coordinate workforce planning and develop plans for operational support and delivery
  • Review and improve recruitment methods to ensure selection techniques and recruitment programs are effective
  • Ensure all recruiting guidelines are met and drive recruitment best practices and initiatives
  • Establish and manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, other appropriate vendors, and negotiate contracts & SLAs
  • Providing regular status reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5-10 years proven experience in recruitment preferably with a combination of agency and in-house environment or from a RPO background
  • Have had experience in implementing an ATS system will be preferred
  • Good understanding of the Advertising, Marketing or Technology space
  • Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to headhunt candidates
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong candidate management skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills and ability to manage a high number of requisitions independently.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment and a team player
  • Passion for exceeding client expectations at all times
