PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This role is responsible for multi-channel production-ready final design artwork for the client. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

The candidate will have technical 3-Dimensional POSM, Design, print knowledge, campaign management or FMCG client experience and will have a passion for exceptional campaign delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • A good eye for detail and technical capability across design and office software is essential in order to delivera consistent level of work across a variety of materials
  • Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
  • Occasionally be required to produce necessary mock ups and design visuals.
  • Manage a high-volume workload, and be able to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines whilst still delivering work to the highest standards
  • Produce final creative artwork to meet the client’s needs, in line with their overall marketing strategy, working with HH account teams and client marketing teams.
  • Responsible for complete development final media-ready artwork.
  • Ensure that the client’s visual identity guidelines are upheld.
  • Work alongside the account management team, to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Aware on an ongoing basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring HH client’s creative is innovative and appropriate for their regional audience.

REQUIERMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within retail and FMCG sector.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, AI, InDesign
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work relate retail store design, POSM and display
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with account servicing as well as clients as this role will occasionally on-site in client office
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
