When we engaged with one of the world’s largest banking and financial services institutions, they were keen to implement changes to address several challenges. Many were a result of regional fragmentation of suppliers such as high administration, varied processes, poor colour management, inconsistent branding, reduced speed to market, and high costs. These challenges exposed this client to increased risk, as well as raising sustainability concerns, as paper usage was not recorded and paper stock was not accredited or consistent across regions.

HH Global put in place a dedicated account team in each of this client's key markets. This provided increased central visibility, control, and consistency. A paper strategy was developed to ensure consistency and effective substrate management. This allowed for key paper metrics to be measured and reported as part of regular management information reports.

HH Global implemented a dedicated account team to conduct information security audits to increase the focus on risk management across the marketing production process. The result was the dispatch of robust processes around data transfer. We also rationalised the supply chain, onboarding quality suppliers across all regions. Risk was vastly reduced by ensuring balanced workload across suppliers and that alternative suppliers were available for each category.
