Leadership expansion and team realignment comes as growth continues across the region

HH Global, the most innovative marketing execution partner to prominent brands worldwide, announced two additions to its Americas Leadership Team. Lesley Leech has been appointed Senior Vice President, Client Operation, Pharma Vertical, and Alexander Garces has been named Senior Vice President, Finance, Americas. Both will report to Mike Perez, CEO, Americas.

Perez said, “I am excited to have these two experienced business leaders join HH Global at a time of significant growth in our Americas regional business. With recent Pharma client wins this past fiscal year, it is the right time to bring on a senior operations leader to focus specifically on our Pharma accounts and strengthen client service. Lesley has both the experience and deep industry knowledge to fill that role.”

Perez continued, “With our recent success in Latin America, and expansion into several new markets, we sought a finance leader with significant cross-border experience, both in terms of finance operations and accounting practices. Alex has these and brings a depth of knowledge to help us manage our dramatic growth in both North and South America and position us for success.”

Leech is a native South African who has lived in both the United Kingdom and Australia. She held client service and business leadership positions with Williams Lea and Tag during her more than 16 years with the company and delivered significant business growth across multiple regions. Leech will manage the client service teams that support the company’s Pharma industry clients, and oversee continuous improvement programs.

Garces, a native of Peru and a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, has served in finance leadership roles with Anixter International and Abbott Laboratories and in several private equity-funded companies. He is trilingual and both a Certified Public Account and a Certified Management Accountant. Garces will oversee the regional finance teams, the recently-opened Finance Service Center in Mexico City, and the regional IT and legal staff.

Jim Burnham, senior vice president of Client Operations, will assume responsibility for the company’s enterprise accounts in North America. Perez also announced that Burnham will chair a newly-formed Operations Board that will oversee client operations, strategic sourcing, implementation, and continuous quality improvement for all clients. Cam Smith, vice president of Strategic Sourcing, will report to Burnham. Julian Oxley, who recently joined HH Global as vice president of Client Engagement, will report dually to Burnham and Leech.

All organizational changes are effective immediately. Garces will be based in the company’s Chicago regional headquarters, while Leech will be based in Virginia.
