Sales Executive

The Sales Officer is accountable for identifying and qualifying leads through phone calls, identifying print and digital marketing requirements and the development of proposals which match the client’s needs. In doing so, the Sales Officer will work closely with all stakeholders within the business to ensure a continuous sales pipelines are built.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate Sales Executive to join our APAC team based Guangzhou and play a critical part in our future growth ambitions.

The Sales Officer is accountable for identifying and qualifying leads through phone calls, identifying print and digital marketing requirements and the development of proposals which match the client’s needs. In doing so, the Sales Officer will work closely with all stakeholders within the business to ensure a continuous sales pipelines are built.

 

Business development

Identifies New Leads / Business opportunities through phones and emails

Identifies and seizes opportunities to increase sales leads generation and/or to expand into new markets, products, or services

Follow up of sales leads

Keeps abreast of current technology developments and trends relative to market opportunities/competition and leverages these as appropriate

 

Process

Ensures compliance to HH operating standards

Update call results, research data, call summary and report

 

Effective communication skills

Delivers clear, concise and well-structured written and oral communication

Tailors the style and content of communication to gain maximum impact and hold the audience’s attention

 

Team working, Coaching and team development

Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals

Shares information and ideas with others and is willing to sacrifice own needs to achieve wider team or organisational objectives when necessary

 

Professional and technical skills

Demonstrates the relevant professional and technical skills related to the role.

Is able to make competent decisions and solve problems based on knowledge relevant to position

 

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin and English

Excellent telephone skills and manners with previous telemarketer experience will be a definite advantage
