Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for strategizing and implementing the marketing activities for HSBC Insurance/Wealth Management to support the business in achieving strategic objectives. He/she will also be responsible for reviewing and recommending suitable proposals by Creative and Media agencies.

  • Strategise & implement marketing activities to support the
    Insurance/ Wealth Management Business.
  • Plan & execute effective communication strategies within allocatedbudget for campaigns/projects.
  • Review & analyze the effectiveness of the implemented channels
    with reference to business and marketing objectives and propose
    alternatives & solutions.
  •  Effectiveness of the implemented communication channels such as acquisition and usage results.
  • Innovations & targets to cross-sell Insurance/Wealth Management services through strategic media partnerships and Content Marketing.

  • Customer Value Management

  • Brand / Legal & Compliance
  • Deliver the marketing campaigns in a timely and accurate manner

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Managing marketing campaigns independently
  • Work together with the other Marketing Managers to develop
    sound marketing plans aligning with business and marketing
    objectives specified.
  • Team members’ feedback.

Operational Effectiveness & Control

  • To maintain a sound tracking process
  • Establish a standard to measure effectiveness of the implemented channels selected for campaigns specific before launch
  • Ensure that projects delivered are within budget allocated
  • Clear processes & workflow
  • Managing budget effectively

 

Criteria:

  • Degree holder from recognized university
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing campaign management, experience in Digital Marketing would be advantageous
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work within a team and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office
