As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for the development of one of HH Global’s key accounts. This involves the management and growth of strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that the client is aware of and understands the full range of services offered by HH Global to maximise revenue and profit opportunities.

Job description

As an Account Manager you will be accountable for the development of one of HH Global’s key accounts. This involves the management and growth of strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that the client is aware of and understands the full range of services offered by HH Global to maximise revenue and profit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of robust account plans

  • Managing all aspects of client jobs, from quote to delivery.

  • Working closely with production staff to transition jobs from quote to delivery efficiently.

  • Managing suppliers in the development of solutions, pricing and distribution of client requirements.

  • Identifying areas of opportunity and improvement and developing solutions to successfully grow accounts.

  • Contract compliance and management

  • Weekly and monthly account reporting

  • Client relationships management

Key Skills

  • Self-motivated and business and relationship minded

  • Able to nurture and develop relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Has the ability to structure and plan activities and deliver to tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication both internally and externally

  • Able to develop account plans for retention and growth

  • Strong client service focus

  • Familiar with resource management and allocation

  • Understands contractual obligations, service level agreements, and key performance indicators

  • Work in an organised and methodical manner

  • Be innovative and energetic

Experience

  • 5-7 years Account Management experience in the print or marketing services industry.

  • Demonstrable track record of successful client and contract management within print/ print management.

  • Involvement of working alongside Marketing Managers and Procurement Teams

  • Able to identify and understand client requirements to develop solutions that add value and exceed client expectations.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of good business acumen and making sound commercial decisions.

  • Demonstrate you are solutions ordinated and able to problem solved under pressure.

  • Demonstrable success managing and growing large corporate accounts.
